Below are the ways in which Edwards Windsor guarantees their services, and offers protection and benefits to Landlords:

We guarantee your rent will be paid even if your tenant falls into arrears.  Yes, that’s right – if your tenant doesn’t pay their rent, we do.

We will provide you with a current likely rental range for any new property.  If the new property is rented below the minimum rent we quoted, we guarantee that you will be released from the obligation to pay a letting fee.

We guarantee to let your property within a maximum period of three (3) weeks from the date advertised, or we will provide two (2) months free of management fees.

We guarantee that you will NEVER have to pay more than one letting fee in the same 12 month period. If your tenant vacates during the first 12 months, we will find a replacement at no additional charge.
