We will contact your agent and advise them of the new agreement. We will collect the property’s keys off them, as well as all documentation needed to manage your property (such as the current lease, tenant details, condition report).

We will contact your tenant and let them know you have changed agencies and organise any paperwork they will need to sign. We will also advise them how to pay their rent to Edwards Windsor and direct them to all the resources we make available to them.

You are free to switch agents at any time (not just at the end of a lease), provided you give your current agent the appropriate written notice specified in your current agreement.
Sure they will not like it. But fortunately, Government legislation allows you the right to choose who manages your property.

We guarantee your rent will be paid even if your tenant falls into arrears. Yes, that’s right – if your tenant doesn’t pay their rent, we do.

We guarantee to let your property within a maximum period of three (3) weeks from the date advertised, or we will provide two (2) months free of management fees.
