We get to know buyers, find out how much they can spend, and keep in touch with them during the marketing campaign. Negotiating with buyers is a learned skill that we take seriously. Negotiating requires experience, so we take time to get to know your property and focus on the price buyers are prepared to pay (the buyer’s maximum). Knowing this allows us to shift from selling your property at a high price, to selling it at the highest price. Obtaining the highest price available generates extra returns for you, and achieving that means we’ve done our job. This is the Edwards Windsor difference.
